Prioritize Ronaldo Champions League title


Real Madrid star, Cristiano Ronaldo, insists that he wants to achieve his ambition to win the Champions League with Los Blancos.

The Portuguese player's 26-year-old was once a common European champions Manchester United in 2008, when it beat Chelsea in the final in Moscow, but a year later lost the final to Barcelona.

Final at the Olimpico of Rome was the last time costumed Ronaldo Manchester United before he moved to record the most expensive transfer in the history of world football to Real Madrid.

Together El Real, Ronaldo has never tasted Champions League final, after last season's defeat of Barcelona in the semifinals.

But this season, Ronaldo is optimistic he can achieve his ambition was with Real Madrid and gave the title to Europe-10 for Los Blancos.


"This season we have to get the trophy that matters, La Liga and the Champions League, because the two trophies that makes you a champion in football," Ronaldo said on UEFA's official website.

"Winning (Champions League) is the culmination of a great season and it is one of the most important championship trophy," he continued.

Madrid will begin their adventures in the Champions League representatives next week to face Croatia Dinamo Zagreb earlier but will entertain Getafe at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday (10 / 9).
